INFORMATION ART. 13 ITALIAN LEG. DECREE No. 196/2003 and PRIVACY POLICY

Dear User, please find below the ways in which the www.officinezorzo.it website is managed in regard to protecting the personal data of the Users that browse the site, in reference to Italian Leg. Decree no. 196 dated 30 June 2003 "Personal Data Protection Code";  this information statement only concerns the Officine Zorzo srl website and no other website that may be visited by the User via links.

1) The Controller of data that is provided voluntarily and processed as a result of visiting the site, is Officine Zorzo srl based in Via Maestri del Lavoro, 9 - 35010 Villa del Conte (PD). Processing is carried out by the Data Controller on paper, via computer, using the electronic systems and servers available and by personnel with the task of managing the IT system.

2) Officine Zorzo srl collects personal data regarding access and browsing of the site to allow the correct functioning of those services and sections that require identification of the User and uses the information collected for technical administration of the site and for any statistical analysis of its use.

3) The above mentioned data may be communicated to appointed service providers in Italy exclusively for the purposes mentioned above (and consequently shall only be handled for those purposes by the above mentioned service providers) such as, for example, external companies appointed to manage the www.officinezorzo.it website.

4) Consent and specific information: for specific processing purposes or for determined types of data, there are specific information statements on the website and, where necessary, also specific requests for consent.

5) Browsing data and cookies: during normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature might, via processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users that connect to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User’s operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to verify its correct functioning and are kept for the times defined by the reference legislation. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature, nor are persistent cookies of any type used, that is, systems for tracking Users. The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the User’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to transmitting session identifiers (made up of random numbers generated by the server) which are necessary to enable the site to be browsed securely and efficiently. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer technologies that could compromise the privacy of Users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of User’s personal identification data. Other internet addresses that may be accessed from this site may contain tracking systems that the site owner is unaware of. There is no guarantee that these external sites have adequate security systems designed to protect the data processed and prevent damage (for example, from computer viruses).

6) Website security measures: specific security measures have been adopted to manage the website, aimed at guaranteeing secure access and at safeguarding the information contained on the site from the risk of loss or destruction, including accidental. The antivirus software used in managing the site is updated on a daily basis. Furthermore, Officine Zorzo srl, while guaranteeing the adoption of special internal antivirus systems, reminds Users that in addition to being a legal requirement, Users should equip their workstation with a system to scan for, and protect against viruses.

7) Users may exercise all their rights pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Leg. Decree no. 196/2003 (including rights of access, rectification, updating, opposition to processing and cancellation of data) by sending an e-mail to the address info@officinezorzo.it specifying their request.
