What we do

Officine Zorzo srl carries out mechanical precision machining and construction, both on a small and large scale, thanks to machine tools that can work on pieces, for milling, with lenghths up to 20 mt and heights up to 7 mt, and Ø 2,8 mt for turning.

The company supplies custom-manufactured finished products, complete with electroplating (burnishing, galvanising, hard chrome plating, etc.), heat treatments (quenching, case hardening, nitriding, etc.), painting and assembling.

The company recently invested in the purchase of a modern Shot Peening plant equipped with Fanuc robots.

Officine Zorzo can also provide non-destructive controls and dimensional controls. Since 2017, the metrology room has been embellished with the purchase of a Zeiss Accura II.
